I just mass-deleted some bots, I left only my account and those I caught that I know are legit. If I missed saving you (and I think I did miss at least one person >.<) then tell me and I’ll re-register you.

Registration to the public is disabled because a) this site is basically dead now because I fail at blogging and b) because there’s too many fucking bots appearing.

Overhaul coming when I get a copy of dreamweaver CS5 to make a new, GOOD website XD

unless it’s livejournal, because honestly I find it better than wordpress ever has been XD not to mention it breaks less

so, I’ve decided that Imma backup this thingything, store it somewhere, then rebuild dingonet.org from the ground up as an actual website, no database, just html* and CSS or maybe PHP powering it (moar likely HTML though XD)

basic design that’ll be set up for the site is that it will have either a topbar or sidebar (perhaps a choice between the two) with a black background and green text, no frames, no tables, minimal use of graphics to be dialup and ipod friendly and perhaps an iphone mirror version. The goal with this rebuild is simplicity in providing access to my music, videos and art when I can draw something remotely decent, with an rss feed for each of these pages eventually (so you can subscribe and when I edit, you get told XD)

Lj will remain the main blag and twatter will still appear on the site because uni has caused me to use it more XD

this ccan be blamed on the number of chinese bots visiting my site (to get rid of them, I prefer tibet XD) and the number of spammers who need to just kindly bugger off XD

also: apparently I’ve had a lot of pageviews from twitter peoples o.o hai thar twitter peoples XD

Yes I have a demo finally =D well a new one, thanks to a drum loop freely available from LapFox Trax XD no title for the song and still working a couple of things out but here ’tis [quick warning for the guitar level being kinda fucked up and in general recording badly on this one >.< it...it -really- isn't recorded well yet XD]

note: I did not steal anything for this song, the drum loop is public domain and declared on the site free to use (thanks though) and the poorly-recorded guitar part I improvised to the loop shortly beforehand. If it’s similar to another song you’ve heard, tell me the song and if I’ve not heard it before which is entirely possible and actually quite likely, then I didn’t steal it XD

also if anyone can link me to a better drum loop for the chorus when the first E minor hits I will love you forevar XD

I’m back again for a while now because a) it’s holidays and b) last term is next so whenever I get internets in class I basically have a much easier time >.> though ’tis not what brought me back unfortunately…

there’ve been a lot of bots popping up, meaning a lot of comments pending and a -lot- of emails. I don’t normally mind emails but when every other one is filled with information on a bot…one has to wonder.
Because of this I’ve deleted all but myself and two other members. If you were deleted then I apologise and invite you to rejoin. Commenters must be registered as well – catch me on msn if you don’t get approved within a day please XD

anyways, bought some new music stuffs and some steam games – Orange Box and L4D. Whenever I’m on steam feel free to challenge my horrible lack of skill (once I find/remember my steam name I’ll post it on the contact page >.> XD)

I encourage all website owners to visit http://stopforumspam.com and to use their addons/tools/etc. to stop these bots.

I’m not stupid, I can tell you’re bots if you use an email with a spam url that talks about something that goes to my spam box XD that and I have no need for viagra so I suggest getting a free webmail email to post from >.> so…ya XD stop spamming my blag, you look bad when you talk of forum stuffs that a blag doesn’t support XD

As I’m sure you guys have seen if you look in the top bar, I finally got rss to embed in a page so yous can now read my lj from here whenever I update it o.o XD

well with the IRC confirmed working (firefox only I think – if you use IE then now is as good a time as any to give it the flick, if you use opera then…well I’ll see what I can do if I need to there) and me trying a new twitter application I figured “hey, why not update the twitter app on the site?” so here I am, trying out the twitter flash app on the site. I’ll leave the old one up simply because it looks better and I like having it local to the site, but if you…ok shit now there’s an idea XD ok so on the page up top there called “Twitter” I have a flash app that lets you read my tweets and log in and all that XD

also working on linking my LJ and pretty much every rss that I contribute to so they appear on their own page right here so you don’t have to have mountains of links to my sites! which means you will eventually see links to affiliates and well…just sites that I like XD
